Where did everybody buy their tickets and which tickets did you buy? And what was the cost?? Im trying to find the best deal.

I got my Disney tickets from AAA, but I don't remember what I paid and I got my universal tickets from their website. It was $89xx for the 5 day ones.

I ordered mine through Paramount International Travel.

I ordered 3-Adult 30 Day Florida Fun in the Sun passes at $311 each and 3-child 30 day FITS passes at $251 each. There was a $15 shipping charge, for a grand total of $1701.00. I mailed them a check last week and received my UPS shipping tracking number yesterday saying my tickets will be delivered on 6/7.

The tickets include unlimited use of:
WDW theme parks
WDW water Parks
Disney Quest
Pleasure Island
Wide World of Sports

they also come with a free character breakfast voucher per ticket, including CRT.
Admission to Kennedy Space Center and some other Florida attractions (like the Miami Seaquarium).

We were at least going to buy 7 day PHP's, but now we will be able to hop around parks all the time without worrying about using up a day on the pass. We will be in WDW for 11 days.
I think this was a great value.

I agree with Hulabird...We also got the FITS passes because we'll be there for 2 weeks. Using the breakfast voucher for Cinderella's Royal Table (and actually getting a PS!) makes it a great deal for us. I like the idea of not having to juggle which plus feature we'll use and so on.

Mastercard had (has?) a special on Universal tickets, buy 4 get 5, which suited us perfectly. It's for 5 CONSECUTIVE days though which is making my planning a bit more difficult imho. I was trying to alternate disney days with universal but am going nuts trying to factor in busy days/EE days etc. Sorry, I can't find the link to this special. It was on the Universal website though.

I bought the 5-day Bonus passes for Universal thru the MasterCard 5 for 4 Offer at a total cost of $394.19 with shipping. I sold 2 to a friend for $180 (face value, before taxes and shipping). Note that the prices have gone up $20 total since I bought them.

A year ago, I had purchased two Universal Premium Annual pass vouchers when they offered "Buy One, Get One ½ Price". Cost for 2 vouchers with tax & shipping: $264.49 ($132.25 each). I'm using one on this trip because I was able to snag an awesome rate at the Portofino Bay with it ($202/night for a bay view!).

I have one WDW AP, purchased at the DisneyStore. I bought it after getting an AP discount on my room. $89/night x 5 nights x 1.115 (tax factor) = $496.17 in savings on the room. The pass cost $403.64. I look at it as getting free admission to the parks for the next year.

3 "convention" 5-day PHPs, purchased thru Disney. Cost with taxes and shipping : $731. Passes expire 10 days from 1st day of use and they must be used before 12/31/04. If you'll be in Orlando for any kind of meeting (it doesn't have to be on Disney property), I highly recommend looking into these passes.

I think that a lot of it had to do with luck, reading the boards constantly and having the $$$ available to jump on the deals when they came up. For the Universal APs, I had to raid my change jar!

I also recommend subscribing to MouseSavers.com's monthly newsletter. There's a link in it almost every month to a special page at Ticketmania just for MouseSavers readers. The passes are discounted even more over what they charge on their public website. And they ship for free.

3 Day Park Hopper Plus through Alamo. $178/adult, $143/child.

If you need Disney Quest tickets, I bought them on ebay. It was ten dollars off the gate price and free shipping. Received them within five days.

I also ordered Seaworld tickets online using the special Pepsi offer, for 53.95 (adults) and 44.95 for kids, you get a one day admission plus a food voucher good for lunch or dinner and an extra Pepsi voucher for later in the day. We always eat when we go there so it was a good deal for us.

Here is the link:

Seaworld or Busch Gardens Pepsi Deal

If you need the promo code to put in, you can use 12.

I purchased the 10day Worldpasses. I believe at the time they were ??$337?? each. We will be at Disney for about 11 nights and these will be perfect for us - we'll take one day off to do mini-golf/shopping at least. I didn't wait for the FITS passes, since at the time I ordered I believe that batch was only going thru May and we were going in July. Received a breakfast voucher with each ticket.

Universal we did the 5 days for 2 (I only need 3 or 4 days max - we are staying 3 nights). I don't remember if it was actually the AAA promo or the Pepsi promo.

We bought our passes at the Disney store.

2 PAPs for $541.46 each

2 APs for $403.64 each

That's the best deal for us. We'll be in WDW for 15 days in Aug and another 15 days next July.

Thanks for posting the Mastercard link.

I'd like to use the Pepsi Seaworld deal, but don't know if we'll have time. Am fighting the we've gotta do it all instinct and trying to remember its a VACATION.
