Where can you put room requests on SPG homepage for Dolphin?

I have read that you can send special room request to Starwood Preferred thru their webpage if you are a SPG member and already have reservations. I am and do, but I don't see anywhere to send that to them on their webpage. I have already sent it to the Dolphin direct, but someone previously suggested sending it to both.

The only place I know about is going through the swandolphin.com website. It's a good idea to include your SPG member number, and make sure it has been added to your reservation. After I sent our request through the s/d website, I was able to look on the spg.com website and see that my room had been upgraded from a limited view to a resort view. The upgrade showed up the Friday before we left for our trip.

The place on the Dolphin webpage where you send your requests said I should get a confirmation within 72 hrs, but I haven't. Did you get one? I sent it last Wednesday and still haven't gotten an email. I know they probably won't assign the room until a few days before we go, but I guess they just let you know they got the request.

I received an e-mail within 72 hours saying that they had received my request. I don't think I ever received an e-mail telling me about my upgrade. I just checked the spg.com website and saw the upgrade there. I send my request about 2 weeks before my trip.

We put our requests on the s/d website and got a response the next day. When we checked in the front desk person had the info right on her screen.

so I just sent it all again with a note that it might be a duplication. I hope someone sends me the email confirmation tomorrow. I got the message that it went OK. I guess I could call, but I just wanted them to have something in writing also.
