Where can you order the Glass Slipper?

What restaurants can you order the glass slipper desert at? Is it just CRT and the GF restaurants? Anyplace else?

I know that the Glass Slipper is not something you order off of a menu, it has to be special ordered. Does anyone have the number for the bakery?

1) You can order it for any GF restaurant or at CRT.
2) That's it.
3) It is a unique item, and limited to certain eateries.
4) This way, it entices you to eat at these restaurants.
5) It wouldn't remain so special if you could get it anywhere.
