doing a search-- I came up with for Bananas Foster---
Flying Fish (but it was not on the menu-- Banana Napolean was)
and I read BF at RainForest Cafe...

any place else?

And I had no luck with Molten Lava cake-- I think I saw it on the Bistro de Paris menu?

any ideas?
