I know the HoJo offers 15% off for AP holders. Not aware of any others.

Depends, but I have heard of $209 for standard GCH, and $149 for standard DLH.

Yes, 10-15% depending on what kind of AP you have.

If I buy 5 day park hoppers through AAA to get this discount at the hotels and the free parking at the mickeys parking lot.

Can I turn around at anytime and upgrade those tickets to AP, Because I know I will be going agian next year

You should wait until you have used the EE privileges on that hopper, then yes, you can upgrade anytime to an AP. They will retro your AP date back to the date you first used your hopper to enter the park, and it will expire a year from that date.
