Where can we shop first for the BF sales on line?

What store or sites will we be able to shop and get the BF sales first?I know most of them are starting every early on Friday morning,and I think a few will have sales for Thanksgiving day,but are there any places we can shop on line before then and get great deals?Also, how can we find out ahead of time what items we won't be able to get on line if it doesn't say in the ad's.We don't have alot of the store in our area and the ones we do have take at least 45 minutes to get too and last year we were in WDW on BF and my daughter was able to get somethings on line before going to the stores (the 2 daughters that didn't go to WDW had everyones list to try and get)but alot of things don't say if they are only in the stores and not on line,just wondering if anyone has any info?Thanks
