Where can we get Kimchi?

I've seen a few dining photos showing kimchi, I think I saw a cucumber kimchi and kimchi relish, and I was wondering where these can be found, and what other types of kimchi are available?

I know that I've seen it on the Food and Wine menus this year. I don't recall seeing it on any of the standard Disney menus though.

They put kimchi on your plate when you order the shrimp fried rice dish at the counter service restaurant in China, in Epcot. Not sure why since kimchi is Korean! it's the regular Napa cabbage kind of kimchi.
