Where can I submit feedback about a cast member?

Had a really bad experience with our cast member at check in last week and really want to get that info into the right hands. We encountered her again on day 2 and there was NO improvement in her Disney-like presentation skills.

On the flip side, we encountered THREE cast members that were so good that I really want to share the positive feedback as well.

Just don't know where to find the right "contact us" link for this

Thanks for your help!

There is an email to guest services hopefully someone will post it!

You could probably find the address for the hotel on that hotel's thread here on the DIS. I know the addresses for the Contemporary and Yacht and Beach Clubs are on their threads. We sent a letter to the General Manager at the YC a couple of years ago and received a very nice return letter from her a couple of weeks later.

The feedback I want to give is for more than one resort so an e-mail would be ideal if anyone could provide one.

Thanks !!

Definitely use the email address just posted and really vent. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at POP last December with a cast member and a supervisor at check in. After a rather lengthy email stating various issues from start to finish including names, times, etc. I received a nice email and then a phone call. The representative on the other end discussed all my issues, understood my concerns and in the end I did receive reimbursement. Not that I had expected any, I just wanted the issue corrected so that it didn't happen again to another guest. One thing that we did decide is that after 3 strikes we're never staying at POP again. I'm in customer service myself & had never gotten the treatment from a supervisor that I did there.

Stick to your guns & follow up your email with phone calls if name and number are provided.

I will say also that if I receive great service from a castmember I also email Disney. I don't just complain.

Ditto for me; definitely go the e-mail route and include your phone number.

I had two excellent experiences at SSR several years ago when I ended up with bronchitis and needed to get to CCC. The CM could not have been more patient in explaining all my options; and made sure I had transportation to and from CCC.

In addition, I wasn't able to make my dining reservations and not only did the manager of the resort do the cancellations for me, he also had someone from the resort deliver a meal to my room one night from the Turf Club.

I received a very nice e-mail a few days later and then a follow-up phone call that thanked me again for my feedback. They assured me that both employees had been contacted regarding my experience and how appreciative I was.
