Sorry you probably can not - unless you are part of a meeting or convention. Even so the convention tickets are 1 day, 1 park after 2 and cost 44.00, no much of a savings IMHO.

However, if you are a FL resident, I believe there's a FL Resident Epcot after 4pm pass. Not 100% sure about this, but I seem to remember seeing one.

There is the "After 2pm Convention" pass, which would have to be purchased through the Disney Convention Sales dept, either website or over the phone. These passes can NOT be purchased at the parks.
