Where can i purchase mechanical kingdom online?

Hey all - I desperately want to buy the minnie carousel figure from the new steampunk collection, but I can't find it anywhere online!!!
Does anyone know where I can purchase it? Can I call Disney to order it? If so what number do I call?

Are they limited edition or open edition if limited thy wont sell them via mail order unless it after I think 45 days. Open edition they sell anytime not sure what they are considered.
