Where can I order a large amount of shirts?

I am part of a fairly large group sailing on the Magic this Halloween. We were interested in ordering custom t-shirts for the group. I have used cafepress and they will not let me use any image with Mickey in it. Does anyone know of a place we can upload a design and order a large quantity of shirts? We will need about 50-60 shirts (possibly more) so doing it at home is out of the question. Thanks so much!

Try a local t-shirt screening shop. I'm sure that they'd be a lot cheaper than paying for shipping. I used one a few years ago that scanned a design for me.
