Looks like it's cheaper than Zazzle, but doesn't give as many options in terms of what character, color and style of shirt.

I've got some thinking to do about what I want to do for our Magical Gathering of 10 in May.... I'd like to surprise everyone with a T-shirt!

If you call disney direct they may have more options in terms of what character, color and style than they do online or in the catalog. So I would go ahead and call the disney direct line.

If you don't want to go through the hassle of printing the transfer and ironing it on a shirt yourself, there's a website, www.cafepress.com, where you create you're own little "store" with as many designs as you want to be printed on over 50 different items. It's mainly used by fund-raising groups, charities, and family reunions, but it's a blast...if you use it, enter my site name as the person who referred you, fosterheritage, and I'll get credit for the referral (no, it doesn't end up costing you more).

All you have to do is create a design using either Word, Powerpoint, or any no. of other applications, save it as either a jpeg or gif file and download the design to your store. After that, select the article you want to place a design on, attach the design and it will show you what it will look like.

The cost is a little bit more than doing everything yourself, but there's a trade-off in only having to worry about designing what you want. If you're just interested in t-shirts, they used to use only heavy-duty Hanes which are pretty sturdy, but don't know what they're using these days.

Just curious, what wording have people used for the shirts? We aren't have a grand gathering just a family vacation of 5..any suggestions?

I had them made at the Disney website before they changed over to disney direct, but I did ours for my parents, husband, his mother and sister, and my daughter.

I put on them "The" insert person's last name "Family Vacation"
next line: "Been There, Done That... Going Back!"

I did this because we all go so often that I wanted them to be good for more than one trip. (no date of trip printed on them) I put them all with the person's last name, because my name is hyphenated, and of course my parents last names are not the same as DH. So, I was like the link between us all...
