Where Can I get DVC information

Anyone know where I can get official information for DVC? I did send a e-mail to USA disney site and had a very unhelpful reply

I know what you mean, the only reply you get is to contact them by phone.

I requested a copy of the DVD on the website, they phoned me up a few days later and then sent me a hardbacked book about DVC and the DVD.
