Where can I find swimsuits now?

I totally missed the boat on this one. We are leaving on DCL in a few weeks and my DD really needs a new swimsuit. She played hard in the ones she wore over the summer and they're in terrible condition. I just wasn't thinking and now, I can't find anything in her size. I've looked at Lands End, LL Bean, Childrens Place and Gymboree. Locally, I've looked at Walmart, Target, Kohls and Sears.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on places I can check. I need something in a size 8, and it has to be something reasonably modest.

Lands End was going to be my bet as I just got a suit there and they seemed to have a lot left.

Do you have a Dillard's near you? They used to have a huge swim selection and they put it on sale later then the others which means they have a better selection later...

I see four one piece girls' suits at landsend.com in size 8 (although their adult clothing runs large, don't know about kids'.) Are you not finding anything, or just nothing you like?

I checked again to make sure I wasn't missing anything and the only thing I see in a one piece, size 8 (regular, not plus) is the racer style. And as far as that one goes, my DD won't get within a mile of it. She's a little too girly. If you select size 8 as a filter it will show you suits that actually are not available in size 8, so it's a little frustrating. Thanks for checking though!

ETA: I've also looked through the two piece items and they do have some of those in a size 8, but nothing that has bottoms that would work together. (i.e. orange top, but green bottom etc)

Amazon? A local swim shop would be expensive and basic but they sell suits all year.

Ultimately would she rather be in her worn out suits, get something that isn't her style, or not swim?

We just got back from WDW and DD had 2 suits with her but really wanted a one piece for the water park. We found the cutest one right in the WL store and the best part was that with our DVC discount it was only $18!!!!

Do you have a local swim shop that sells suits year-round possibly? We have one that sells swimsuits and dance class attire. You could probably find some NWT on e-bay too.

We live in a small town, so no dedicated swim shop, and I looked at eBay for a bit, but I gave up. I did find a cute one on Old Navy, so ordered from there. Yay! I'm hoping its going to fit ok. I never order from them, so I don't know what to expect size-wise.

I looked at our Justice store about a week ago and only found mostly older girls sizes, but that's an excellent thought about finding something when we get there! If all else fails, we can hopefully do that! Thanks

I just ordered my DD 2 new suits from Justice. You have to pay for shipping, but returns are free so I ordered 3 different sizes of each suit and then returned what didn't fit.

It worked out great for us b/c they were discounted too.

We did go to the store and they didn't have much left which is why I ordered online.

I would try outlet malls or if you have a water park such as Great Wolf lodge they have suites.
