Where can I find Peg Perego wheels or Plastic Paint? :o)

LONG Story but 1 week until Disney & no front wheels on our stroller! Called & was told they no longer carry these “older” (maybe 3yrs?) model wheels! I can either pay $50 rt s/h + parts or throw it out!
Any ideas, I checked eBay & did not see a thing?

Edited to add ~ they do have Navy for 19 total w/ s/h however our other 3 sets are black, so in my furry I dismissed this option for, however I've heard there is a plastic/little tikes type of spray paint? Has anyone used this, do you think it'll work?

If you just need to paint the wheels, you can get plastic paint at most hobby stores; it is used for models. Hardware stores also carry spriay paint that is meant to be used on resin lawn furniture, so it's pretty tough. I'd be prepared to do touch-ups, though.
