You won't find one in WDW. You may find a hat and sword but that is about it. I don't know that I have ever seen a boys costume that large at WDW.

disney.com has em now, just ordered 10s for peter and hook

you could try to world of disney store in dtd. it's definitely not a guarantee that they'll have it but if you really want it i'd suggest just checking. even if you come up short, you'll see some awesome stuff in that store.
