Also use Excel. Type the date into one cell(for example, 4/20/16 into cell A1), then in the next cell, type =(your date)-180. In my example, you would have =A1-180 Make sure you use Format Cell-Date (sorry, I'm an excel geek so I use it for everything).
I'm old; I always just google PS calculator (from back when it wasn't ADR's but priority seating). It will give a variety of dates all at once - 180, 60, 30, etc.
