Where can I buy lanyards- cheap?

I'm looking for the type that have the metal clip on them. I need to purchase 12 for a birthday party by next weekend and don't want to spend very much for each one.

I have heard that Walmart carries them. But probably not Disney themed.

Walmart, some Dollar Stores and someone posted that Claire's had them pretty cheap (and Disney themed!).
