Where can AP's be activated?

My inlaws just bought AP vouchers that need to be activated and are wondering where they can be activated.

More specifically they want to know if there is somewhere in DTD that they can be activated.

I think they can be activated at Guest Services in DTD. I know they can be activated at any of the Guest Service windows just outside of each theme park.

AP vouchers can be exchanged for your passes at any ticket window or Guest Relations at the 4 theme parks and the TTC, and at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney.

Probably the best places are Guest Relations in DTD and the International Gateway entrance to Epcot if you are going to activate them in the afternoon. These places usually have really short lines later in the day.

There are two places where they can exchange their vouchers for AP's at DTD. The Guest Relations offices at DTD are located in the Marketplace and in West Side.

The Marketplace location is between the Team Mickey shop and the Ghirardelli shop towards the Rainforest Cafe end of the Marketplace. This is a walk-up counter located inside between the two stores.

The West Side location is at the Pleasure Island end, just past the AMC Theaters. Walk straight down from the parking lot with PI on your right and AMC Theaters on your left and you will see it right in front of you. It is a white building that says "information" on it. This is a Guest Relations window like the parks have.
