Where at Marriott Grand Vista?

Was able to obtain a week at the Marriott Grand Vista resort for a week( June 14). Which part of the resort is best? I have two ds (9 & 7). Would like to be near pool and play areas. Anything I should know about this resort would be greatly appreciated.

We were at the Grande Vista two weeks ago. The resort was very nice. There is a lot of construction (buildings being added) and maintenance going on. You should ask ahead to be away from the construction area. The new buildings are going in near the lake.

Where were you located and how old is your child(ren)?

I ask b/c we will be there April 19-26th with 2 children ages 10 & 5 and would love to be a near a pool, but away from the construction.

What are your thoughts for myself and the original poster Coachv?
