Where are you spending the day on MNSSHP?

It's our last night of our 8 day vacation. I'm having trouble deciding where to spend the morning before MNSSHP. We'll have had 1.5 MK days, 2 EP days, 1 MGM, and 1 AK, and zero lazy days. I think we'll want to veg by the pool, but just in case...

Where are all the other fellow MNSSHP'ers spending their mornings, and what logic did you use to decide to go there vs. another place?

Thanks!

Well personnaly, we got the 10 day park hopper plus tickets but are staying 11 days in the world (you cannot buy a ticket for longer than 10 days). So we are using one of our water park admission on Sept 22nd which is the day that we are attending the MNSSHP. That way we can do "parks" the 10 other days including the day we arrive (11am) and the day we leave (6:30PM) and it will be more relaxing than walking all day and then doing the party until midnight.....if you have the water park admission, you migth want to check it out if you want to take is easy...!
:thumbsup2

My DD7 and DS5 are doing Grand Adv in Cooking in the AM, during that time my DH will go over to Richard Petty. We then we will have lunch at the GF. Next my DH and DS are swimming at our hotel, while my DD7 and I are going to BBB to get her hair and nails done for MNSSHP that night!

We wanted to do some of the "extra" things at Disney as well, so we are filling in this day with those and not using a day on our hoppers.

LOL, we're flying in that morning & hoping our room will be ready so we can nap! If not, you might see us by the GF pool sleeping on the chairs, hehe!

We're having a late, late, late lunch at the Plaza (4:45PM). We have APs so it doesn't matter what time we get to the park.

Can't believe I'll be on the plane 14 days from right now!

We (Me, DW, twin DD4) are headed to Blizzard Beach until about 1pm. Then back to the resort (POR) for a rest until 4pm. Then head to Grand Floridian Cafe for dinner at 5:20. Hop next door to MK for MNSSHP for as long as the girls can go.

3 more weeks til WDW.

Since we have non hopper tickets we are doing animal kingdom during the day and then around 4ish head over to magic kingdom with our MNSSHP tickets..

We are also heading to BB that morning -- probably staying until about 2:00 -- going back to take a nap and then heading over to MNSSHP.

we are actually arriving the day of our party night so we are just going to check out the resort and maybe swim and nap before the fun fun evening!!

My dgf and I are following a similar plan, but at 4 we go back to our room to change, then head to MK. Look for the big hairy guy with a Donald T and hat. And at the Party, a cozy pair of pirates.

DS and DH will be at a water park. Me and DD will most likely spend the afternoon at the pool. I wanted to do the AM EMH at MK with her, but it might be too much for her. I want her to enjoy the party later too.

we're starting off the day with a 9:30 breakfast with lilo and stitch then we're going to spend the day at our resort--the poly. we are renting water mice, a surrey bike and spending some time at the pool. hopefully a nap will happen for dd8 and dd4 (maybe for me too!!) at 4:30 we have the aaa storytime and at 5:00 we have dinner at cp. sounds like a perfect day to me!!

:thumbsup2 were planning on sleeping in a little and proably packing up what we can and maybe hit a park in the afternoon.....we have to leave on the 16th. only 8 more days till we leave!

We're going to breakfast at Kona Cafe, then we're going to swim and try out the themed pool at the GF (the last time we stayed there this pool wasn't built). I'm going to try to keep everyone relaxed and hopefully we'll all take a nap in the afternoon so we're well rested for the party!!!

Stupid question: What is MNSSHP? :confused3

We are going on 10/24 and plan on having breakfast at Kona then hopefully swimming and relaxing all day at our resort, OKW. If weather doesn't permit swimming that day, we may just see a movie or the boys may do Disney Quest, while the girls shop a bit. Hopefully we all will get a good 2 hour nap in and be ready for a late night

We arrive on 9/28 and are attending the MNSSHP on 9/29. We will be at MK all day starting with CP at 8:05 for breakfast. That is our MK day. We are only staying for 4 nights. So, we have a lot to do in a short time. I hope it won't be too much for our DS. I'm hoping it won't be too hot and miserable for him. We can't wait to go and have a wonderful time!

We have the same dilemma! MNSSHP on our last night and have done all the parks. We're definitely sleeping in that mornng. First choice is going to DTD or swimming (or both), packing our suitcases, and then MNSSHP. Alternate plan is going back to the MK for some fun, taking a late nap/packing, and then MNSSHP.

We fly in the morning of 9/15 (our MNSSHP day). We aren't using park tickets that day. We'll go to DtD to pick out costumes for the kids (since it is a surprise - they don't know about MNSSHP), do some souvenier shopping, and have lunch there. Then back to the resort to relax (and hopefully nap - but being it is their first day ever at WDW, I doubt my 6 and 7 yr old will nap). Maybe hang out by the pool. We don't have a need to uses the monorail anytime while we are there, so I am going to use it to get to MNSSHP. We'll take the bus from our resort (CSR) to Epcot, and then hop on the monorail to MK - probably around 5 pm.

We are going to DTD to shop and have lunch, go back to the resort and chill out before heading to Chef Mickeys for dinner and take the monorail to MK for the party
