Where are you going for your next non-Disney vacation? Where would you like to go?

DH and I leave for 10 days in the Florida Keys on Thursday! I am so excited! We go there each year, as my parents spend a good part of the winter there, and we go to visit them. I am looking forward to soaking up the sun, fishing each day, spending a few evenings in Key West, and enjoying time with my family.

What is your next trip? At this time in the winter, I'm sure that lots of people are thinking about getting away!

The Bahamas, in July, for our 25th anniversary!:Pinkbounc After this winter, I wish we had gotten married in February instead of July! :D

Well, it's not a vacation, but when things settle down for DH at work, we hope to get away for a weekend in the Wine Country north of San Francisco.

You mean there are non-Disney vacations? :)

What about with kids? My son does like Universal and San Antonio.

I LOVE Vegas, but am trying to think of non-WDW for my son since he thinks he is getting too old. I did tell him that when he was ready to take a vacation, it would be WDW or he could pay. But, we are going to San Antonio for a few days this summer.

I will take my nieces, nephew and son to Vegas when they are older....like 21!

Just back from the keys. I was disappointed (record low temp there, nothing else to do). But my next one will be either the Carribeans or Vegas. Haven't made up my mind yet.

Russia and Finland in 2 1/2 weeks...although I am going with school, I am going with all my friends so I consider it a vacation! (Only three days of a Model UN conference...the rest of the two weeks is spent sightseeing!)

May 17 - May 24, St. Maarten/St. Martin, and taking a Ferry over to a neighboring island or two.:D

Well, at the beginning of our upcoming WDW trip, we'll be visiting Universal for a few days. We'll also spend a weekend or two in San Antonio this summer and hope to go to either Las Vegas or New Orleans depending on what we can afford.

Well, if I were going on holiday any time soon, then I would tour Epcot's Germany and France. Since this is a non-Disney holiday though I would tour the real Germany and France.

Since that holiday is still in my dreams the next "vacation" I'll take is to Missouri to look at a graduate program up there.

Gee, the wonderful life of a student . . .

...Norah and I go to Depauw for her Honors interview on March 9-10 , then we will be in Providence for a few days for business the next week and then the following week, DH and I may take 2 days to ourselves to a wonderful hotel nearby.
Not exactly vacation but time away.

Key West, Grand Cayman and Cozumel in May. Of course we are going on the Disney Magic so it is a Disney vacation in a way - and we get to visit Castaway Cay. :)

For a total non-Disney vacation we are looking at doing Hawaii next March for our birthdays!

3 nights in White Mts, NH July 4th wknd
6 nights at Seabrook, NH mid July
3 nights camping in Maine mid Aug
Western cruise Nov 8th

Of course we'll need to see how MAs 2004 fiscal year looks before we know if we can actually do these mini-vacas. Good chance we'll be seeing reduced hours starting July 1st.

12 day Alaskan adventure in June 2004. we start with 4 days on land in Denali National park then cruise for a week.

We're going to Vegas this June.:smooth:

Then we're going to RiddleCon.......hangin' with Disney lovers is as close as I'm getting to Disney this year!!;)
