Where are we allowed to park?

Where can we legally park to visit the boardwalk? We'd like to explore that and then take the boat over to Beaches & Cream. We are staying offsite.

Can you also visit MGM from this waterway or am I thinking of another area?

You are more than welcome to park at the Boardwalk when visiting the Boardwalk and Beaches & Cream. However, if you wish to visit one of the parks, you will need to move your car. They ask this, so that others may have the opportunity to visit the Boardwalk as well.
