Where are the villains?

We will be going to DL for the first time and wondering where do we find the villains? I have seen Captain Hook mentioned at Minnie and Friends breakfast at Plaza Inn. Do the villains wander around the parks? We are hoping to see Malificent, Ursala and maybe the Old Hag. We have only been to WDW during Halloween time and love seeing them.

I've never heard anyone see Ursula. The old hag is usually only out during Halloween. I havent seen Maleficent outside the Halloween season but of the three that'll be the most likely find. We have seen the Evil Queen out, and Cruella.

There aren't many villains outside of Halloweentime. During the rest of the year, I have seen Captain Hook at Minnie's breakfast, Cruella near the front entrance of the park, and I've seen the Queen of Hearts and the Evil Queen a few times, but the other villains are usually only during Halloween.

Last June, we saw Cruella, the Evil Queen, Queen of Hearts, and Captain Hook. All were in the plaza, but different times and days.

We were at Disney in dec. saw the queen of hearts a few times by the gates and hook at goofys kitchen.

A few weeks ago we saw Cruella at the beginning of Main Street.

In December we saw the Wicked Queen by the castle near Snow White's wishing well.

On a previous trip we saw Captain Hook on main street in one of the outdoor eating areas (don't remember which one.)

If there is a particular villain (or character for that matter) that you wish to see, you can stop by Guest Services and ask if a particular character will be at DL the day you are there.

Check with the CMs at City Hall as to the where and when for the DL characters. They are usually quite helpful about such matters.

Or save 15-30 minutes and pick up a time guide as you go in the gates. It has the same information the City Hall CM's do.

The times guide usually doesn't have all character meets on them. They don't typically have the smaller one character greets listed. But faster than hitting City Hall, the CM at the wait times board on main street can give you the info too.

Villians are always around the park look in fanstyland and near the entrance!

Other than the character meals, we have seen them in Fantasyland.

Hades would be awesome to see but no one has seen him it appears.

Hades was out of the Halloween parties in 2010. That's the last time I had heard of him appearing.

You won't see Ursula, Maleficent or the Hag. You will see Cruella DeVil, the Evil Queen (whom you may address as YOUR MAJESTY lol) and Captain Hook but that's pretty much all. Well, that's who we've managed to see. Oh and Honest John, he wanders around FL and the wishing well.
