If we bought our tickets online, where do we pick them up? I know there are kiosks in each hotel, but where are the kiosks located if we don't want to go inside the hotel?:confused3

This is what the kiosk looks like outside IOA:

The kiosks are on the right and left sides of the normal ticket booths. Do not wait inline, just go up and around to the sides.:thumbsup2

This is incorrect. There is a specific "Booth" at each park for electronic ticket pick-up; however, you can pick up tickets ordered online at any of the ticket booths. You must wait in line. Any attempt to jump in front of people will get you sent to the back. Also, Florida Resident tickets cannot be picked up at the electronic kiosks.

The electronic kiosks are located at some of the ends of the regular ticket booths, just look for the signs. It's like walking up and using an ATM. You can buy them online to avoid the lines and get a better deal. Yes, Florida residents have to wait inline because you will have to show FL ID.:thumbsup2

Edit: I just looked at my photos and there are specific booths for electronic pickup, sorry. But normally there is never a line that's why I said just walk up.

This is from Universal's website:

Electronic Pickup

Buy online and pick up your tickets at one of our convenient Electronic Ticketing Machines upon arrival at the park.
If you choose Electronic Pickup, you’ll need to bring your confirmation number and the credit card used to purchase your tickets to the park.
Follow the signs to the Electronic Ticketing Machines, swipe your card (for identification purposes only – your card will not be charged again), enter your confirmation number, and print your tickets.
If you forget your credit card when visiting the theme parks, you can pick up your tickets at Guest Services with the confirmation number and photo identification.

Does anyone know the operating hours of the kiosks? Do they just align with the park hours?

We may be getting in late one night and wanting to get in line for EE (Staying at Royal Pacific) the next day and would rather have the ticket in hand the night before if possible.

Thanks for any help.

There are kiosks in the hotels that are open all the time.

Thanks so much. I just kept reading about them in front of the parks, didn't think about them being in the hotel itself!

Thanks again!
