where are the old statues from MK?

Hello all,

We have taken a photo with the Dumbo statue almost every time we have been to WDW but can't find him this year. I'm not talking about the new 50th anniversary statue but the one that has been in different locations in front of the castle for years. Does anyone know where he's gone?

Could you possible post a picture of that because my mind is drawing a blank. After almost 40 years of visiting WDW I do not recall that statue. If you have a photo it might jog my memory.

I believe she is talking about the small bronze statues they had on pedastels around the hub.

I’m not certain where they are during the 50th but I would guess they are backstage until the anniversary is over. Maybe longer since the new statues interact with MB+ and the new ones don’t (so far).

They moved a few years ago when the re-do of the hub was finished. Last time I saw them, they were where this article describes, near the fountains on either side of Main Street before you actually get into the hub. I wasn't looking for them when I was there in January to know whether they are still there.
