Where are the new sections being built at SSR?

On the maps it only shows the Paddocks, the Springs, and Congress Park.

Where are the Grandstands being built? Also, is there another section too - the Carousel section, and if so, where is it?

Here's a newer map:

The Carousel represents the two buildings just past the guard shack as you enter the resort. They can be found top center of the full map:

The Grandstand would be the four buildings to the far left on the full map. It reportedly includes some sort of enhanced pool / water play area. I wouldn't expect another slide, but probably something between a feature pool and vanilla "Leisure Pool."

I have to say that Grandstand section sure looks nice. Hmmmmmm, golf course views?! I'll never be able to tear my DH away. Ah ha! Now I'm on to something!

I wonder when the Grandstand will be open? Any ideas on that?
