Are the FP machines easy to locate?

Are the FPmachines roped off so that everyone don't run over each other trying to get a FP? How many FP machines are there for each ride?

Can someone tell me where each FP machine is located for all the major rides such as Soarin, EEverest, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Mission Space, Test Track, Rockin Roller Caoster, Tower of Terror etc?

Yes.
If you mean "lanes", no, but there are several in a row next to each other.
Several.
At/near the entrance for each one; usually very visible (e.g. with a sign above the area saying FastPass).

They're usually just the right or left of the standby and fastpass entrances of the attraction. They are several fastpass machines (5-10 maybe? Now that I try to remember, I'm not really sure). They don't have their own lanes or seperations, but lines usually form on their own if there are lots of people. If you need to get a lot of fastpasses, it's usually easier to send one person to the machines with everyone's passes to get them all at once.

I haven't been on EE yet, but I can't think of any attraction that doesn't have them right by the entrance, you shouldn't be able to miss them if you're paying attention.

Your apparent perception of FP machines and the demand for them doesn't match the reality. There's never a stampede for them. There are usually 5 or 6 per ride, usually spaced several feet apart, and usually somewhat staggered so that they're not all in one straight line.

Soarin's FP machines are just to the right of the standby/FP return entrance.

Expedition Everest's are separate from the line area, to the left of the queue area. And so on ....

The only one I can think of that the FP machines aren't reasonably close to the ride entrance is Dinosaur. These are down a path and to the right of the main path. If you walk up to the entrance of Dinosaur, you will have gone WAY past the little FP area. Different frrom all other rides I've experienced, the Dinosaur FPs are not in a place where you would intuitively figure they would be.
