Where are the Club Concierge Rooms?

Other than Animal Kingdom what other resorts offer a CLUB/CONCIERGE booking category?

For those Who have experienced these room types are they worth it?

Yes and there on only 5 LO 2BR, so only 5 studios and 5 1BR. They are incredibly hard to book.

Took me about 6 weeks of walking to get a week at 11 months in club studio

DVC took the units at AKV as part of the partition at Jambo. At every resort since they have explicitly chosen not to build concierge, because it is not a service level they want to commit to for life of contract. At AKV it is provided by the resort side, and if eliminated the number of points to absorb is not that bad.

If they'd done a floor or Moorea or at VGF1 and the resort side eliminated concierge it would be far more complex.

DVC management always leaving money on the table.

It's so crazy to think they wouldn't just tack on club level to every resort to add more points.

Take a block of rooms that otherwise would be a standard view, add a lounge, increase points by 175%, and have members pay for it all.

Maybe that's why the former head of DVC was let go though. They wanted to extract money from strange places instead of just taking the money members would hand over without Batting an eye.

Heck if you made the top floor facing Epcot club level I bet you could 2x the room point chart without an issue for Riveria.

I really do think it even less likely post pandemic. The extended closure of AKL and lack of services shows them what happens when the resort is not providing the service.
