Where are strollers NOT allowed?

Where are strollers not allowed in DL, besides the obvious of in lines for rides?

I don't think there is any place besides lines they aren't allowed. They'll likely ask you to park them if you're eating in a restaurant, although we have been allowed (at the discretion of the staff) to keep a sleeping child in the stroller with us while we dine.

They also have to be folded on the monorail and buses (trams too I believe although I don't know for sure).

And while allowed, it's really hard to maneuver them through stores, so we try not to bring them in.

ETA: you can't bring them into shows. They'll show you where stroller parking is.

As mentioned, strollers have to be folded up to ride in the tram. The same goes from the train (when it's running); strollers can be brought aboard, but the child has to be out of it and the stroller has to be folded up. Early in the day, it wasn't too bad, but by evening, when the stroller was filled with stuff...sigh...that was a lot work to unload everything for the tram ride back to the parking structure...

You have to go through an actual set-up queue to get into those meet and greets, so no strollers. The more casual ones like in Town Square are just outside with an informal line, so the strollers are fine.

I actually did see them let a family into Fantasy Faire once with a kid sleeping in a small stroller, but that was unusual - it wasn't crowded at all, so that may have been why.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a stroller in Launch Bay. There are some places where strollers are allowed that they won't fit. The lines at some CS places and between shelves in some stores. Any strollers in lines probably have the stroller as a wheelchair tag. But if the line isn't WC accessible the stroller would have to use the HA line.

You are correct! We were made to park the stroller outside the Launch Bay!

These are both correct, at least in our experience.

Strollers are not allowed in:

• Animation Building
• Launch Bay
• Redwood Creek Challenge Trail
• Houses in Toontown
• Character lines at some set locations (such as Fantasy Faire and Pixie Hollow). Lines in Town Square, etc. are fine for strollers. Strollers are allowed in the line to meet Winnie the Pooh and the Cars characters (even though they have set locations and line poles)
• Shows (Mickey and the Magical Map, Tiki Room, etc.)
• AP Days Area

Strollers have to be folded to go on:

• Buses
• Trams
• Train
• Monorail

Some of these are a pain when you are looking for something to do with your older kids while your little one is napping in the stroller.

Yes you can park outside the area for the Trail or for GRR.

Despite not being a parent myself, I must mention how pleased I am to see the strollers all parked properly and safely within the designated areas at DL and DCA. The fact that the strollers themselves can, no matter * how * valuable they are, be left for a good period and will still be there safely when the owners return is a big help. I'm sure.

I doubt you'd be able to leave an expensive stroller unattended at many UK theme parks that are a similar size to Disney. People can get a bit light-fingered ...

To be fair, I am sure there is a decent amount of theft of items from strollers. And probably even some strollers themselves. I know I've read some news articles about it. We try not to leave anything in ours except diapers and things that can be replaced. I am slightly nervous about leaving our son's EPI-pen in it on this upcoming trip.
