Where are "standard view rooms" at AKV Jambo located?

Where are the standard view rooms at AKV (2 Bedroom) located? We tried to book the Savanna view but they only had standard view for our July 2012 trip..

Most face the Uzima Pool. There were several Savanna View rooms that have been reclassified as Standard View.

I believe all of the Jambo DVC villas (except concierge) are on the 5th floor.

we were in a 1 bedroom standard view at Jambo and i believe we got one of the reclassified savannah view rooms. i don't have any pics of the view uploaded yet, but in that link that was posted, our room was in the last little corner up top on the right side. not facing the area labelled "5" but the next little notch up. definitely saw a few animals. it was great! edit: i think it was room 5544 but i would have to double check on that

edit: I guess we were on the Uzima savannah facing the "5" in the picture, not the last corner up top as I originally thought.

We just came back and we too had one of those reclassified views. We loved seeing the giraffes out of the window each morning!!! Especially for Standard View points!!!

We did, too! We stayed for 5 nights last June and had a standard view 1 BR that was formerly a savanna view. We saw tons of animals. There were 3 giraffes that parked themselves under our balcony. And one evening, there were about 20 Thompson gazelles out and about.

You mean that not all standard view DVC villas are pool view? Are any of these studios? I would just love to get a savannah view for my standard view points on my next trip. Where are these savannah view/standard view villas?

I've been maintaining a list of room numbers provided by the people who have stayed in reclassified rooms. Here is what I have so far and yes there are some studios! If you stayed in a reclassified room that is not already on this list please let me know your room number and some details about the room that might explain why it was reclassified (particularly if it was due to a people pen since I don't know exactly where those are located). Thanks so much! 5384 and 5547 (I think those are the ones) looked like a long walk, but I'd definitely love to get any of the others. I'll hope for one of those for my next trip.
