Where are Disney Dollars being offered as a reward?

I was emailed by another DISser and she asked how to earn Disney Dollars. I knew that you could earn them with beenz (beenz dragon) and I thought suzykats but I really don't have any idea as to where else they can be earned?

All Things Rewarded just started offering them.

Silverclicks had them but they are redoing their catalog and they currently are not listed. I hope they bring them back because that is the only reason I am doing that program.

Suzykats offers DD's as well. It is was a really slow earner but they now give points for Nice cards, Shared Greetings, Daily Trivia and Sklif as well as weekly and monthly site visits so point earning has picked up.
