When's lunch

What time does lunch start at Beaches & Cream, The Pepper Market, Roaring Forks, and the Food & Fun Center at CR? We have a PS booked for dinner every night that we're going to eat at these places. I'm planning to grab a bite in the RV early, then eat an early lunch.

Also, will this plan work at B&C? What time is best to go there for lunch, with the best chance of getting a table? This will be Christmas week, so this is especially important.

I will appreciate help on any or all of these questions. Thanks
