When???

There probably is a post on this topic, but I can't find it. When can I expect my DME luggage tags and info? I have read a lot of stories where people do not receive them in time. What happens in that situation? Thanks for the input.

It has been a bit different for a couple trips, but we have gotten them inside 30 days out. We also have gotten them with just 2 weeks to go.
