Like, can you do other shops/rides when you do it? Like, if you do the rocking rollar coaster, can you do the tower of terror, too? Also, can you do other jobs, like if you are food and beverage, can you do merchandize?

As long as you meet the requirements listed. Sometimes for Merchandise the only requirement is Matra training. With FSFB, some positions don't have any requirements and some require dining system knowledge. By far the most shifts posted without any restrictions are the QSFB ones.

Attractions is pretty hard to get extra hours for. Most attractions will require specific training. However, PAC shifts only require being attractions-trained (and PAC is a lot of fun).

In general, no. When you are trained in an attraction (say, R&RC) or a group of attractions (like Tomorrowland attractions) you learn things that are very specific to that role. In order to pick up an attraction shift you must have been trained in that particular role and have worked there in the past 6 months. Same thing if you are trained in QSFB - you can't pick up an attractions or merch role, or vice versa.

If you are trained in merch, you can generally do any merch shift.

There are many roles that don't require any special training - these include special events, parties (like not so scary halloween or very merry christmas) and a very specific QSFB job - which is really just filling drinks behind the counter.

When you view the EHH (Extra hours hotline - where you pick up shifts) there will be a section for "training" - this will tell you what training you need - if its left blank, or if you have the training it requires -you can pick it up!

If you're in merch, the only shifts that require additional training other than MATRA are the candy shops like Sweet Spells at DHS.
