When you call about Pin Codes What do you ask?

I am just asking cause when i call i just ask if they can find any pin codes attached to my name, But they say i can see if there is any under your address. I never have any luck when calling the answer is always no.
However i do know that i recieved an email not to long ago for dates i couldn't use. Why couldn't they at least find that? Is there something else i should ask them to check?

I think it is all about luck...which is not good as far as Disneys handling of their guests, IMHO

I got a postcard for a discount...I forgot about it....
.I called and actually asked and was told nothing....lo and behold I find it and called back and they suddenly found it....unfortunately, I had to cancel out anyway, but I was annoyed non the less. so just ask politely and best of luck....

I always ask if there are any discounts attached to my name or address. Last time she told me, "No but keep checking back and you may get something." About 3 weeks later I had an e-mail from Disney with a PIN (first one ever) that I could use! Keep trying. You never know!

I told them my toddler ate the postcard.. Which was sort of true she did that last year anyway they checked and I had something. My hubby is clueless about it and he's called twice and gotten nothing (except they mentioned the 1 on my name but told him it was only for may .. Whereas they let me use it for November ! It seems to me that 1 good way is to know what you are talking about. My hubby calls and says "it's asking me for a pin and I don't know what it is" lol

I used to be in customer service and while we did NOT offer up promotions If a customer knew about it we could discuss it with them. Disney cm are only doIng what they are told ! But being sweet to them does not hurt I am more likely to do a bit extra for my nice customers ! Totally guilty of that in fact , I'm not in cust service anymore but I still have a handful of people that I will do cust serv tasks for bc they are nice and now quite honestly will only call me. Which makes me wonder if you can get an ext for a great Disney cm when u get one. Hmmmm

Don't hate me...

I have gotten a pin of some type just about every time that I called.
I am very upbeat and chatty with the CM and I make sure that I tell them something like, "We really want to come again, but free dining is going to be the deal cincher!"
