When you book air thru WDW travel?

Can I check in online and print our boarding passes? Would I just go to the airline's website to do this?

In over 100 flights over the past 17 years I've never ever booked tickets directly with the airline. There's always been a middleman such as a travel agent. I've also almost always gotten seat assignments, and more recently checked in in-advance online, directly through the airline. You don't need to go through your travel agent to do these things. In your case, WDTC is your travel agent.
