ask the CM to check all of your reservations...I made my last adr this morning for Le Cellier on 10/9 at 5:30pm. That will be our last full day at WDW & I wanted something special for that, very excited I was able to get it! Anyway, when I spoke with a very lovely CM this am she told me Le Cellier was 2 credits...since I have this board for the source of such good information, I asked her to check again, she went & checked, came back & said "Oh it's 1, they changed it". whew... ::yes::

I asked her to run through my adr's for the week & when she did one was missing (biergarten). The CM who took that adr put in the wrorg phone # (all your adr's are tied to your phone #) the # was 1 digit off so it looked like it wasn't there..so just check to be sure!

Good luck to all calling this am...I'm so glad I am done, I get too wound up doing this things :hyper: ..now I just have to wait 82 days :hourglass

i agree on checking those ADR. we were a party of 4 adults 0 children and all the ADRs said 2 adults, 2 children. :earboy2:

i also agree with having a CM to check all of your reservations. The first time we had a PS with Cindy for breakfast in the castle, the CM entered our phone number 1 diget off as well. When I had a CM check my list and Cindy's wasn't on there I about had a heartattack. When I gave her the confirmation number she told me that the phone number was 1 number off and that she couldn't change it but that everything would be ok as long as I had my confirmation number.

Yep, I found out during the 4th of july.
Had Ohana's ADR but they spelled my name wrong and it didn't pop up.
After 15 mins of searching in their computer they finally found it.
weird...

Saw this as I was making my last ADR...everything was fine for me, but thanks for the heads-up!

Another tip: when you check-in (if you are staying onsite) ask for a printout of your ADRs. If you are not staying onsite, you can go to any Guest Services window and get the same printout there. We always do this and on our last trip were surprised to find several missing. :earseek: They were fixed easily enough (1 was for Chef Mickeys). Always pays to check and re-check those ADRs.

If concierge books your AR, guess they dont need ph#?

Yep, same thing happened to me, the guy was running thru my ADR's the other day and was missing a whole day, told me I must have given a cell phone number or something (No) and then said that maybe the person typed in the wrong number. I didn't have the confirmation numbers in front of me, but did later and called back, and sure enough, the person making 2 for me that day typed in 444-444-4444. Guess it's a little off of my real number! I got it corrected.
