We Disney fans see a lot of stories about over coming the odds and the heroes that rise to the challange. With every tale the real story doesn't begin untill the hero believes in his/her self.
In Star Wars, Luke isn't much of a Yedi Knight, even though the force is strong within him. He has to first believe in himself. Once he does his power increases many times over.
In The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe, the Prince is scared of everything till he faces the wolf and begins to believe he really is strong.
Even Rocky doesn't win his fights till he begins to believe he can win.
We all have to take those lessons to heart and believe in ourselves. The outside world my see us as just another jogger/walker who is trying to lose some weight and will be tired of it in a week. But inside we have to see what we can become. We are strong and powerfull, we are warriors, we are preparing our selves to take on the baddest of races, the half and full marathon and even the Goofy.
If you are just begining your training, remember that you are blazing a trail for others to follow. Just as the original WISH princesses blazed a trail for us to follow. They believed and they did it, and they are still going the distance.
I challange everyone to see the person they can become and believe in that image.
