I don't know when they historically offer them. Sorry. But, I do know that I am very disappointed in the AP discount offered in May this year. I can book it thru one of the online sites for over $100/nite less. And MIL managed it even cheaper thru AARP or something similar.

Unless they run a special, the usual Deluxe AP discounts on rooms are 10%

If you have a senior who is going(over 60) they can get 30% off at the DLR hotels all year long.
