When will they start selling Saratoga Springs?

Just wondering..... All of the talk of add-ons made me think of perhaps adding on there when it goes onsale. Wonder what the price will be?

My guide told me last week that he expects pre-sales to start next month - August! He also said, though, that he doesn't know the points schedule either. Don't know how they expect to sell if they don't have the points schedule, but they might be keeping it under wraps until pre-sales start officially.

I spoke with my guide yesterday and he said that they don't know for sure; however, he would expect very soon (maybe in a month or so) since they basically have little to no inventory left anywhere else.

Also, we discussed price and we both think they will raise the price but we are just guessing. He did say that the best value will be the pre-construction sales. I can't wait to get more info.

I added on to my BCV ownership two weeks ago during first trip home, and asked our guide about Saratoga because my wife and I considered waiting to do an add-on there. He said that nothing is firm, and guides are not supposed to even speculate, but he has heard that points might be $88-$89, but possibly with a fifty year contract. Sales (or presales) might begin in the fall. I believe that they want to sell out both Vero and BCV first. We're very anxious to get a look at models and construction, and would love to do another 200 point add-on there, but it might sell out before we're able to handle it financially. Our original contract was financed for three years, and will be paid off in Oct. 2005. I won't be surprised to see SS sell out before then.

I don't know, Sam. With over 600 units, it is about four times as big as BCV, and that resort is projected to have sold out in what, a year and a half? Using that same logic, SS may not sell out until 2009??? Just my speculation.

You have perked me way up! I didn't realize how huge SS will be. I am hoping to retire in 3-5 years, and trying to pay down debt, live within our means etc., to make that happen. A SS add-on doesn't sound out of the question now!
