When will The Plaza renovations be completed?

Wow...I feel a little unloved . Most of the time there's plenty of people with something to say around here.

I had no idea The Plaza was going through renovations. We will be dining there next Wednesday and I'm hoping it doesn't interfere with service or the experience.


Hopefully someone has some more info on it.

What in the world are they doing ? It was like that May 1st when we dined there, can't imagine what would take that long. We love The Plaza but agree that the reno's make it depressing. We have ressies in late Oct, I thought for sure it would be back to normal but now I am not so sure.

Apparently all of Main Street is being refurbished. Here is a link to pictures showing the Plaza Restaurant with the tarps removed as of July 29th.

Oh no! We also have reservations there, both for next weekend (eeek!) and then again in November. Though for this next trip, it might fit the Halloween theme

We ate at The Plaza last weekend, I almost positive the tarps were gone as well as any walls. We had a great meal, we really enjoy that restaurant.

We ate there last week, and there was no renovation that I could see in the restaurant. Food was delicious as always.

On a side note, the lady at the check-in podium was telling walk-ups that there was a 90-minute to 2-hour wait, and there were never more than half the tables filled the entire time I was there. So don't plan on walking up without a long wait, even if there are tables available. Make the ADR!
