When will the next AP rates come out....after 2/13?

Just wondering how it usually works....

Do they wait until the old timeframe of AP rates runs out....ie 2-13-08.....

Or do you think they will announce it beforehand.

Last year they came out around the 3-4th of January. It shouldn't be too long now.
