Title says it all :cutie: We are going the 2nd week of Oct. and where hoping tghere would be some trick or treat nights that week.. Thanks!!

id say thursday an friday night it was last year i think.. i know we went friday an i think they released about Aug.

:)The dates were announced around the 3rd week of May last year, and AP holders were able to buy tickets at that time. The tickets were released for sale to the general public in August (I think). The days were mostly Thurs. and Friday, but during the last week of October, there were also parties on Tues. and Wed. Last year the parties were held on the 3rd, 10th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st. Hope this helps. :-)

:laughing:ok next question.. Should we buy an AP to get the tickets early? We were planning on it anyway, so should we do it before/in May to get the "presale" of these?

:)If you buy the AP before May, I'm not sure how long you'd have to activate it. Are you planning on going before October also? If October is your nearest trip, I don't think you 'd want to get the AP now. I'd wait until closer to when I was going to the parks. When the Halloween party tickets go on sale, only some of the days are offered at an AP discount, (I think Fridays are excluded.....and maybe other days???), so providing that AP holders may not purchase tickets for non-discounted days, some of the days might not sell out so soon. I guess it might depend on how many parties are offered during your stay as to whether or not you want to take a chance that the day you want might sell out. We haven't gone yet, so I didn't keep an eye on what happened last year as to what dates sold out first, and what days were available when the tickets became available to the general public. Hopefully someone can chime in who had experience with this last year. We are going during the week of the 18th, and last year, there were parties on Wed. and Thurs. of that week. I'm going to get tickets for one of those days....hopefully Wed. if it's available again this year. I'm hoping that it will be a little less crowded on a weekday. Good luck with getting your tickets! :-)

FYI, if you have a Disney Visa you get the same presale opportunities as AP holders. When these are released we will be talking about it here so you'll know. LOL
