When will the conceirge contact me?????

We have ressies for Thanksgiving at the BWI con.


We already received the letter that says, "Welcome back brown family".

Just wondering about a time frame.

There have been times when the Poly concierge never contacted me at all.

If there is something you want, why don't you contact them? That's what they are there for!! Have fun!!!!!!

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a set of guidelines for when pre-planning contacts you. Sometimes it's been 90 days, other times 30 and one time, not at all. You're in luck though, the IPO staff that handles the BWI/YC/BC are probably the best. They are very warm and friendly. I started planning my December trip with them in August. After our first contact, they sent out a great packet full of information on the parks, recreation, entertainment, resort info and a nice questionnaire to help me plan. Most of the reservations can't be made until 90 days out, even if you are staying concierge, but what they can do is enter all your requests into their computer system as a pending item. When the dates open up for reserverations, the pending items magically become confirmed items.

WOW - I just booked Poly LVC for Oct and I have already been contacted via e mail by their staff....I am highly impressed!

I've noticed they planning packet comes about 100 days out so they can make your dining reservations. When I booked a trip close to the arrival date I think they called me and then emailed me shortly after I made my reservation.
