When will the 2006 Tour Books Arrive in Bookstores?

I was wondering when the new 2006 tour guide books will be out, anyone know?

I am most interested in Birnbaum's and the Unofficial Guide. Any ideas?

It will probably be in the stores in about October. That is when I got the 2004 one in 2003.

I'm a former editor, and generally speaking, you can legally put the following year's copyright date on your books as of August. Usually the 2006 titles come out in August 2005 in preparation for the Fall/Christmas season. I'd say look at bookstore's shelves mid- to late August.

If you pre-order on-line (amazon.com or the likes), they'll ship it as soon as it's available.

I should add... that's of course if the editors are on schedule

Cool! Thanks! The earlier the better for me, I love reading those books! I will start really looking for them in the beginning of August. The Unofficial Guide is my favorite, but I do like to get Birnbaum's as well.

I think skbasnett is right too, as I remember, the Official Guide comes out in October.

I just looked up Birnbaums on Barnes and Noble website and it says available Oct 2nd or 3rd.
