When will Spring 2017 rates become available?

I am finally gold and looking to book a spring 2017 Fantasy cruise ( hopefully they continue with star wars themes) and a 2017 summer Europe cruise. I know summer wont be out until feb-march of next year but I think I remember Jan-May coming out much earlier. Since I am Gold now I can book before public and get cheaper rates so I dont want to miss it.
