When Will Port Orleans Riverside Be Closing?

There could be a very slight chance that we might stay at a moderate instead of a value. Both my husband and I agree that we aren't in the room very much and we love the value resorts. But, I REALLY want to stay at Port Orleans Riverside. We are going in January. Does anyone know when they are closing this resort? And, I really really really want to stay in the mansions. I don't have any desire what so ever to stay in AB. Is there any way I can guarantee that? I really don't care where we stay in them, but I really want to stay in the mansions.

I don't want to make a reservation at PO just to have it close. If I can't stay there, I am fine staying at a value. If I make a reservation at PO and then they close, they are just going to offer me another moderate, correct?

From what I've heard, they will not be closing entirely. They may close a building or two at a time for renovation. Someone who just returned posted that all buildings are currently open. I would call the front desk directly for information.
