When will Poly DVC be available to buy?

I have read that Jan 2015 Poly DVC points will be available? Is that for anyone or only for current DVC members?
DH and I are looking to buy this Jan at either VGF or Poly DVC. We are hoping to have a choice between the two.

Opinions on our chances? It's our first time buying DVC points. We are very excited and a little overwhelmed by all the information gathering!

It sounds like they are starting previews of the new Poly DVC on the 13th at the Saratoga Springs Preview Center. This may only be for current DVC members to start but I would think they would have to be selling them at that time. If they do it like they did at VGF, they may wait a month before opening the sales to non-DVC members.

Thank you! I hope that they will start selling before the 6th of Jan or allow non DVC ers the chance to buy before Feb 6th when we leave for home. We live in Canada and can only buy while physically in Florida!

Two thoughts:

Don't buy before you stay there, we did that with BLT and it isn't our favorite resort.

If you contact a Guide, my guess is magically they will let you do the paperwork before you go home to make a sale.

We were just there at the Saratoga springs preview. They haven't been given a date for the model to open yet but he did tell us that they will sell to current members first. Here's the info we got: they have 2 bedroom villas (they are the little bungalows on the water) and than larger studios but the villas won't be available until later.
