When will Poly Con contact me?

We booked our trip for May 9-18th 3 weeks ago (we are DVC owners and are traveling on points if that makes a difference) The first 4 days are at BC con the last 5 are at Poly Con.

I am in need of some of the Con perks for PS's, planning a birthday, and such. Can I contact them? If so how?

There is no set time for when you should receive the Personal Itinerary from the concierge and you may not since you went through DVC but you are more than welcome to use the Island Planning Office email since you are a concierge guest and make what ever requests you need to make.
